A Vietnamese coffee filter (Phin, e.g., Vietnamese Coffee Filter Gravity Insert)
Fine ground coffee (e.g., Trung Nguyen Coffee, Café Du Monde)
Hot water (80 - 95 Celsius)
Sugar
Condensed milk (if desired, e.g., Eagle Brand or Longevity Sweetened Condensed Milk)
A small plate
2 spoons

The presenter also recommends having food before/during the session since the coffee can be quite strong on its own.
