Join the LACBA Immigration & Nationality Law Section and a panel of experts to sharpen your skills on labor certification and keep you up-to-date with the ever-developing nuances of PERM.  We will also present two short introductory sessions on Special Handling and Schedule A, Group II. 
 
Speakers will cover critical strategies in drafting the prevailing wage request and choosing an SOC code, tips for the recruitment report, and filling out Section K and H14 of the ETA 9089. Speakers will also review important BALCA and AAO decisions that every practitioner should know.
