The Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California (VABANC) and the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys ( NCVAA) cordially invites you to attend our 10th annual conference to be held on October 14-15th at the San Jose Rotunda.  The program will commence with the Welcoming Dinner Gala, which coincides with VABANC’s Annual Scholarship Dinner.  This event commenmorates many significant milestones for our profession and community. Attendees and speakers include the first Vietnamese -American female Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal judge, first Vietnamese - American winner of the Pulitzer Prize for the novel “ The Sympathizer” ( 2016), first Vietnamese -American to clerk for Supreme Court Justices Stevens and White, and much more. Come early and stay late to win one of ten hardback autographed copies of the Pulitzer  - Prize winning novel, “ The Sympathizer.” A number of fun activities are also being planned, including an AirBNB tour, Pho breakfast event, and tour of historic San Francisco Federal Courts.
